Beautiful sterling silver cabochon holds the teardrop-shaped Larimar stone securely in place along the sterling silver bracelet. The stones create a bracelet that showcases the turquoise blue depth and bright sky warmth of an island ocean paradise. Attaches with a sterling silver lobster clasp.
Reflecting the tranquil ocean hues from the infusion of copper and pectolite within a volcanic gas tube, the beautiful Larimar stone is formed when hot gases push crystallized minerals up through volcanic 'tubes'. In order to mine and excavate the stone miners must identify these tubes and dig deeper and deeper into old volcanoes. Larimar stone is then cut, smoothed, polished in various shapes and sizes.
Each stone is then individually wire wrapped or set by women who have been rescued from sex trafficking in Aftercare homes in the Dominican Republic (the location of the only Larimar mine in the WORLD). Each pair of stud earrings is created by hand, beginning with the stone cutting and sterling silver cabochon setting.
In support of the Sound of Freedom movie by Angel Studios, Pearls With Purpose is offering our tear drop shaped jewelry as a symbol of the tears cried by Rocio (and millions of other trafficked children) in the film.
Due to its rarity, each piece is sold based on weight and complexity of design, making each stone unique to the owner.
The Larimar stone enlightens and heals in a physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual way. It stimulates the heart, throat, third eye, and crown Chakras, facilitating inner wisdom and outer manifestation. It represents peace and clarity, radiating healing and love energies. This simple design creates a bracelet that showcases the turquoise blue depth and bright sky warmth of an island ocean paradise.
